Otay Park & Shuttle is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Our courteous personnel is available at all times.

Airport Shuttle

The Airport Shuttle operates 24 hours a day. Regular scheduled shuttles run from 7am to 5pm, leaving every hour on the hour.
After 5 pm and before 7am, shuttles run by reservation only. We will schedule a shuttle in accordance to your flight departure time, usually 2 to 2/12 before departure.

All Parties of 4 or more require a reservation at least 24 hour in advance, regardless of the departure time.

Online: Please reserve online 48 hrs before your shuttle departure time

Phone: You can make a reservation by calling 619-661-1401 from 8am to 8pm. Next day reservations MUST be done by phone.

Border Shuttle

Otay Park & Shuttle provides a 24/7 FREE shuttle to and from the Otay Border Crossing as a courtesy to our parking customers. Call 619-661-1401 or radio 122*47427*1 to request transportation back to the parking lot.
