Shuttle Reservations

Shuttles to the Tijuana Airport depart daily every hour on the hour from 7am to 5pm.

Shuttle transportation from Otay Park & Shuttle to the Tijuana Airport after 5:00 pm requires a reservation. Online reservations require at least 48 hours in advance, phone reservations 24 hours.

For groups of 4 or more a reservation is ALWAYS required.

From the Tijuana Airport to the Otay Border Crossing, NO reservations are required; the service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

For more prompt pick-up at the Otay Border Crossing call before you go into the Customs & Immigration Building or call us right after you exit. Pay phones are available at the 7-eleven store. The Otay Park & Shuttle van will pick you up at the corner of Roll Dr. & Via de Amistad (approximately 100 yards straight ahead after exiting the Customs & Immigration Building)
